Milk Thistle Hepatoguard is an incredibly potent formula for increasing the energy of those with acute liver disorders, or providing long-term tonifying support to the liver, with standardized milk thistle and a blend of 8 supportive herbs.Targeted, therapeutic potency: Each tablet features 10,160 mg herbal powder equivalent of hepato-protective, antioxidant and supportive herbs-including 8,000 mg of milk thistle, an antioxidant herb that has strong protective and cleansing effects on the liver.
A standardized extract of milk thistle: Our milk thistle extract is standardized to 80% silymarin, the primary active constituent. Scientific research supports the use of a therapeutic dose of silymarin obtainable through an 80% extract. Standardized herbs are tested to guarantee a consistent amount of active constituents from batch to batch.
No solvents: most standardized herbs are extracted with harsh industrial solvents that can leave chemical residues. Each herb in this formula was naturally extracted, using alcohol or water, for the purest product possible.
