85°C has been secretly opening restaurants without telling us. I've lived here for so long and only just found out that Jiou Chu, a place we frequent, is actually owned by them. No wonder it's so good!

Their focus is mainly on snacks, like classic Chinese snacks like pan-fried dumplings and beef wraps, which they sell here. The flavors are really great and perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. 😂

😋 Flowing Heart Crispy Pan-fried Dumplings

This is the first time I've heard of pan-fried dumplings that have a flowing heart. They're full of juice. One bite and they burst with flavor, and the bottom is crispy and delicious!

🫔 Beef Wrap

One wrap is almost as long as my forearm. It's seriously a big portion. The chewy dough encases flavorful beef, and each bite is full of meaty goodness!
