Bangkok Food 😋 Yin Du Shark's Fin

😋 After arriving in Bangkok, my partner kept asking when we would go to this restaurant, Yin Du Shark's Fin, located on the lower level of Siam Paragon!

Many people know that eating shark's fin in Bangkok is quite affordable. Most people know to go to Chinatown because there are small shops and big restaurants like Yin Du to choose from. But whenever I go to Chinatown, I end up eating seafood and can't make room for anything else. When it comes to shark's fin, I usually go to this restaurant in Siam Paragon. The place is not crowded, no matter what time you go, there are only two to three tables occupied. I do worry that it might go out of business!

✨ This time, I want to recommend it!

✅ We arrived at the restaurant around 2-3 in the afternoon. Besides our table, there was only one table with two people eating. My partner and I had breakfast early in the morning and went to play golf, so this was a late lunch for us! We ordered a lot of dishes, but we were able to finish all of them. The braised dishes generally tasted the same, only with different ingredients. I highly recommend the crab with vermicelli hot pot! The crab claws are already peeled for easy consumption, and the vermicelli is super flavorful and delicious.

✅ The coconut custard with bird's nest was a delightful surprise. They also provided extra sugar syrup, but it was already sweet enough without adding any syrup. Even though we were already pretty full when the dessert arrived, we couldn't resist finishing it.
