Taking advantage of the vacation, I came to Gu Bao Street with friends and had a bowl of the famous beef soup. I've seen their exploration videos online so many times, and finally had the opportunity to try it myself‼️

As soon as we entered the shop, we saw someone cutting the beef right on the spot. They call it "warm-body beef," so you can imagine how fresh it is. The beef in the beef soup was tender and flavorful, and the broth was rich but not too heavy. It might even be considered on the lighter side for those accustomed to strong flavors. I regret not ordering a larger bowl.
