As a Hunan native who's been living abroad for years, rice noodles are something I dream about all the time. And because of my love for Hunan rice noodles, I also love Vietnamese pho. This time in Santa Maria, I found an amazing Vietnamese pho restaurant that I really want to recommend to everyone!

The restaurant isn't very big, so you might have to wait in line. The menu is clearly displayed on the wall, so you can decide what to order beforehand.

I love their pork chop noodles. They're absolutely amazing! ‼️ There's a good amount of pork chops, and many of them are baby back ribs, which are delicious. 😋 The noodles are also springy and smooth. Even after eating a whole bowl, it doesn't feel greasy. It's incredible!

There are also many other delicious dishes. There's a wide variety, so try everything and then tell me which one is the best. Haha!
