My family's Easter egg hunt has been going on for several years. We've always done our own hunt at home, but this year we decided to go to a group event where many children would be participating.

To my surprise, my child enjoyed it much more than doing it at home. There were so many pre-painted eggs in the area that it was like our backyard! And of course there were chocolate eggs as well. The rules were that each child had to bring their own plastic egg and then we set a number for them to find. If they found all of them, they could get one small chocolate egg but if they found one big Easter egg we had hidden somewhere on the field then they would get a bigger prize!

It was fun because there were so many different puzzles for them to solve in order to get the eggs!
