I can deal with most things, because I have a positive attitude toward life. When I'm feeling good, I like to share my happiness with others by preparing food for them. If I'm not feeling so well, I'll eat my feelings away! Today's potato cakes are especially delicious because they're filled with taro paste. You won't find anything like it at Korean supermarket chains like E-mart or Homeplus.
