Shawarma is a very famous street food in the Arab region, and it is a kind of meat roll, similar to the Chinese Meat Sandwich (Rou Jia Mo).
Shawarma is a dish made from lamb or chicken, and also comes with tomatoes, curry sauce, and fries, among other things.
